2. Broccoli

3. Green tea

7. Salmon
Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids which can help prevent the development of prostate tumor. Study showed that eating salmon at least once a week can reduce the risk of advanced prostate cancer.
8. Tomatoes
Tomatoes are rich in powerful antioxidant named lycopene which can improve the prostate health and prevent prostatitis.
