Sitting down affects men's health

Men who spend more than fours a day hours sitting down are more likely to experience chronic disease than their less sedentary counterparts, a study has found.

Researchers found that the rates of chronic diseases reported in participants exponentially increased in proportion with the amount of time they spent siting down.

Despite how active people were outside of work hours, the amount of time they spent sitting down during the day had a significant effect on there health.
