Ms. Fang, who was nearly 30 years old, told us about her trouble: she had lower abdominal pain after urinating, burning sensation and dampness in the vagina. She took injection because of it last month however the symptoms relapsed. The Color Doppler Ultrasound showed that the urine routine was normal and the bladder wall was slightly rough.

We concluded that she could have cystitis and prescribed a course of Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill for Ms. Fang. The next day, Ms. Fang said she felt a little itchy at the vaginal orifice. On hearing this, we told her not to worry, because it was caused by irritation of inflammatory secretions and poor local hygiene. So we reminded her again to pay attention to hygiene during medication.

On June 25, 2018, Ms. Fang told us that she did not have lower abdominal pain anymore. After one course of treatment, she sent us a briefing. The Color Doppler Ultrasound results showed that the stomach and ureter were normal, the bladder wall was not rough, and the urine test was normal.
