The deferent duct obstruction leading to azoospermia cause infertility. Sperms discharge through ductuli efferentes testis, ductus epididymidis, deferent duct, ductus ejaculatorius. Any parts' obstrucion will influent sperm discharging. If both of bilateral deferent ducts are blocked, sperm discharging will be stopped, sterilitas virilis is caused.
The causes of deferent duct obstruction
1) The deseases of epididymitis, prostatitis, cystospermitis, epididymodeferential tubercle and so on cause deferent duct obstruction, the obstruction sees more in the interconnecting piece of ductus epididymidis and deferent duct.
2) Injury.the surgery of cirsocele ,tumor of spermatic cord and so on have done damage to deferent duct.

4) Operation on prostate may cause occlusion of ductus ejaculatorius.
5) Postoperative infection developing adherent scar, will oppress deferent duct and cause obstruction of it.
6) Tumours: tumours such as tumor of epididymis, tumor of seminal vesicle, tumor of prostate and so on, each of them may cause deferent duct obstructed.
The obstruction of deferent duct may cause obstructive azoospermatism, its clinical situation and characteristic are as follows: the size of spermary is normal, no sperm , FSH and content of neo-hombreol F are regular, the findings of spermary biopsy are normal.
