How to Get Rid of Prostatitis

 Usually, there are two types of prostatitis, one is acute prostatitis and the other is chronic one. Patients of both types may live with symptom of pain. Acute prostatitis is often caused by bacterial infection, so it is more easy to cure with antibiotics. However, chronic prostatitis is more complicated and more difficult to treat. Many male patients have suffered from this condition for several years without a radical cure, thus, an efficient treatment for chronic prostatitis is needed.
 Chronic prostatitis is including bacterial chronic prostatitis and non-bacterial chronic prostatitis. Causes of nonbacterial prostatitis remain unclear, and this infection is not caused by bacteria, therefore, antibiotics can not be used for treating nonbacterial prostatitis. Complex treatment is the most common clinical treatment.

1.Pain medication or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents to relieve pain and swelling.
2.Muscle relaxants like alpha-adrenergic blockers, which are the same medications used to treat other prostate diseases, like BPH (benign prostate hypertrophy).
3.Stool softeners to prevent constipation.
