For instance, STDs like chlamydia and gonorrhea can have negative impact on the sperm formation and motility. And diseases like prostatitis, epididymitis and varicocele can cause infertility. Though male genital diseases can be cured by herbal medicine named Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill, men should also attach more importance to the improvement of sperm quality, especially those who have unhealthy lifestyles.
Measures for improving sperm quality.
1.Quit smoking. Statistics showed that men who are addicted to smoking have the higher risk of low sperm count than those who don’t smoke. Therefore, it’s necessary to quit smoking.
2. Quit the anesthetic. Anesthetic and drugs can affect the sperm greatly and the damages will last for a long periods of time.
3.Keep fit. Obesity is a killer of health. Men who are obese will raise the temperature of the groins and damage the formation of sperm, which will result in infertility. Therefore, it’s helpful to take some exercise to keep fit.
4.Avoid sauna. High temperature steam bath can do harm to the sperm directly and also inhibit the formation of sperm.

6.Don’t put the cell phone in the trouser pocket. With the high-speed development of mobile Internet, it’s impossible to stay far away from the cell phone. 7.Don’t wear tight pants. Though tight pants can make a person looks good, they will put the testicles in a high-temperature environment, which is harmful to the formation of sperm. What’s worse, it will also influence the blood flow of scrotum and decrease the male fertility.
8.Stay away from radiation and hazardous substances. Most of chemical and biological factors can cause sperm deformity or chromosomal abnormalities, such as plumbum, benzene, xylene, gasoline, vinyl chloride, pesticides, herbicides, etc. All of these can lead to fetal abnormalities.
9.Eat more foods that are rich in zinc. Zinc plays an important role in keeping the vitality of sperm. Therefore, it’s beneficial for men to eat foods that contain much zinc, such as beans, peanut, millet, turnip, cabbages, oysters, beef, chicken liver, eggs, lamb, pork, etc.
