Medical history: The patient appeared frequency, urgency and with white secretions in urethral orifice with no obvious incentive a year ago. Then he sought help in a local hospital for treatment. The symptoms of urinary frequency and urgency were significantly reduced. There was still a small amount of white discharges in the urethra in the morning.
